DMCA & Copyright Policy

J&H Vault, operated by JH Generation LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the J&H Vault platform.


1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on J&H Vault infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on the platform (URL or listing ID) with enough detail so we can locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which J&H Vault may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action seeking a restraining order against you within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.


4. Repeat Infringers

J&H Vault will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A "repeat infringer" is a user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.


5. Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees.
